A Team Event: A Culinary Journey Through Germany
The culinary journey through Germany will begin at 4:00p.m. There will be 7 groups in total. You can either create the teams yourselves, or they will be drawn randomly.
Each group will be given a recipe for a typical German dish that they should prepare. This includes, of course, that the ingredients must be gathered. Don’t worry! Our chef will give you some assistance with this. You can take these recipes and tips back home for your family and friends to enjoy as well! You may surprise yourself with how much fun cooking can be! It is a great learning experience that everyone can be happy with … including your stomach!
- The dishes from the German regions include:
- Bavarian cabbage salad with bacon
- Herring salad with beets collected from the far north
- Frankfurt green sauce with boiled potatoes
- Swabian onion with or without bacon
- Swabian ravioli
- Berliner meatballs - hearty and super tasty
- Bavarian cream

For big groups the cost is cheaper:
- 15 People divided into 4 Groups = 22,00 € per Person
- 20 People divided into 5 Groups = 24,00 € per Person
- 30 People divided into 6 Groups = 26,00 € per Person
- 35 People divided into 7 Groups = 28,00 € per Person
